Share Your Own Moment of TruthEveryone’s moment of truth is different: it may be the moment you realized it was time to take a look at the truth behind your health care experience, or the moment you realized that a midwife was the right health care provider for you. You can simply provide a written testimonial or choose to upload a photo. When telling your story, we ask that you please avoid using direct names in order to protect everyone's privacy. Instead, please refer to individuals by their role such as midwife, mother, father, partner, physician, etc. Word limit: Our form accepts up to 2500 characters, or about 500 words. Photo dimensions: You may submit a photo in .jpg or .gif format, up to 200 x 200 pixels. If your photo is larger, a moderator will resize it before making your story live.
